3. General Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions

Items must meet all of the following requirements:

• Unused and undamaged
• In the same condition as received
• Returned in original packaging
• Include all accessories, manuals, and included items
• Proof of purchase must be provided

4.3 Shipping the Return

• The item must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RMA authorization

• The customer assumes all risk of loss during return shipment.


5. Return Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are  non-refundable

If a return is approved due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping may be covered by Wellness Solutions Store.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund.

After Shipment

If the order has already shipped, customers must follow the standard return process.
