3. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the product meets the following requirements:

• The item is unused and undamaged
• The item is returned in the  same condition as received
• The product is returned in its  original packaging, including the pallet if received on a pallet.
• All  accessories, manuals, and included components  are returned
•  Proof of purchase is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a reduced refund at our discretion.

To maintain our high product standards and ensure returned merchandise can be carefully inspected and processed, approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee helps offset inspection, processing, and restocking costs associated with returned merchandise.


4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To begin a return request:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. If approved, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns sent without an authorized RMA number may be refused.


4.2 Preparing Your Return

Customers must carefully prepare the return by:

• Packaging the product securely in the original packaging, including pallet if received on a pallet.
• Including  all accessories, manuals, and documentation
• Including the  RMA authorization documentation

Proper packaging helps prevent damage during transit.


4.3 Shipping the Return

• Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RMA authorization.
• Customers are encouraged to use a  trackable shipping service.
• The customer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage during return transit.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise specified:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
•  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a return is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Wellness Solutions Store may cover return shipping costs at our discretion.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled under the following circumstances.

Before Shipment

Orders cancelled prior to shipment will receive a full refund.

After Shipment

If an order has already shipped, the customer must follow the standard return process outlined in this policy. Approved returns in these cases will be subject to the applicable restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Certain manufacturers may require cancellation requests to be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.


7. Refund Policy

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days following inspection, though financial institutions may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

Where applicable, the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


8. Partial Refunds

• The product shows signs of use
• The item is  returned damaged
• Components, accessories, or packaging are  missing
• The item is returned  outside the approved return window

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection, and the final refund amount will be determined accordingly.


9. Exchanges

We are happy to replace items if they are:

Defective
•  Damaged during shipping
•  Incorrectly fulfilled

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and provide either:

• A replacement shipment, or
• A  full refund if the shipment is confirmed lost
