Orders process in 1-2 business days; most in-stock items ship within 48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days across the lower 48 states, free of charge. Large items (saunas, hot tubs, massage chairs) arrive by freight carrier with curbside delivery. Check your delivery within 48 hours and report any damage right away; we arrange a replacement or resolution.
Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the buyer's cost. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are different: report within 48 hours with photos and we replace the product or refund in full, including shipping, with no restocking fee.

Golden Designs Inc. (NA), including any of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates, shall not be held responsible for any misuse of its products by the customer. Golden Designs Inc. (NA) shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from improper use, abuse, or failure to follow product instructions.
Golden Designs Inc. (NA) and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Customers are advised to consult a licensed physician or healthcare professional before using any product.
Cancellation and Return Policy
The Buyer may cancel an order or return goods to the Seller subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. The Buyer assumes all risk of loss associated with returns, including shipping, handling, restocking, and any additional fees or expenses incurred.

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns must be initiated and completed within 30 days of delivery.
The Seller reserves the right to withhold refunds, deposits, or payments until all of the following conditions are met:
a) The returned goods are received by the Seller
b) The goods have been inspected
c) The goods are determined, at the Seller’s sole discretion, to be free of damage
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 5 business days.
Return Authorization Requirements

All returns must be pre-approved by the Seller and accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund, in whole or in part, if the Buyer fails to comply with any term of this policy.
Any return shipment received without an RMA number will be refused. All costs associated with refused shipments shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.
Shipping, Handling, and Restocking Fees
All cancelled orders and returned goods are subject to the following charges:

Storage fees and costs related to routing or holding the goods

A handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase price per sauna

All shipping costs to and from the Seller

A valid RMA number, issued by the Seller prior to return
Failure to obtain an RMA number will result in the Seller refusing the shipment, with all associated costs borne by the Buyer.
All fees, costs, and expenses assessed by the Seller under this policy shall be paid by the Buyer upon demand.
