Shipping

  • Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
  • Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 days, depending on location.
  • Shipping outside the 48 contiguous states is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • All shipments are curbside delivery.
  • We use ABF and UPS for all deliveries.
  • These terms apply only to items in stock in our U.S. warehouse.

Dreampod Return and Refund

Return & Refund Policy

  • All return and refund communications are handled by the authorized retailer.
  • Customers have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to return items for a refund.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
  • Once the item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt. Updates on the refund status will be provided after inspection.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item, minus shipping costs.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of 20% of the sales price will be applied to cover expenses that cannot be recovered due to the return.

Dreampod Warranty

Exclusions and Limitations

  1. This limited warranty only applies to the product manufactured by or for Dream Water Ltd. that can be identified by its designation, the “Dreampod Floatation Pod Series”.
  2. The limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Dream Water products and services other than the Product, (b) non-Dreampod hardware product, or (c) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the product.
  3. Dream Water Ltd. does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  4. Dream Water Ltd. is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use.
  5. The warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified (e.g. to alter functionality or capability) by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd., or if the Product has components installed that is not approved by Dream Water Ltd.
  6. In addition, this Limited Warranty does not apply:
    (a) to damage caused by use with non – Dream Water Ltd. approved products;
    (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
    (c) to damage caused by operating the Product outside permitted or intended uses described by Dream Water Ltd.; or
    (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd..
  7. This Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the Product to Dream Water Ltd. This is your responsibility.

Warranty Coverage

  1. Dream Water Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Floatation Pod (V2, Vmax, Cabin, Open Pool, Sport, Home Float Flex/Pro/Plus) against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use.
  2. The warranty period is as follows:
    • TWO (2) YEARS for all fiberglass material construction
    • SIX (6) MONTHS for all inflatable PVC material construction
    • ONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems)
  3. The warranty period begins from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period).
  4. If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either:
    (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements; or
    (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion.
  5. In event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies.
  6. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
